We formulate exclusively with premium non-GMO hydrogenated soy wax sourced from sustainable agricultural cooperatives. Unlike petroleum-derived paraffin wax which releases toxic benzene soot, soy wax burns 30–50% longer at a lower temperature, releasing clean, authentic fragrance without black smoke.

100% yes. We never test on animals, nor do we source ingredients from suppliers who conduct animal testing. Our formulations contain zero animal by-products, beeswax, or lard.

We reject cheap synthetic aroma chemicals. Our fragrance accords are artisanal extractions comprising pure steam-distilled essential oils, cold-pressed botanical essences (such as sandalwood, saffron, smoked amber, and rose damascena), and safe natural resin absolutes.

The first burn is the ‘memory burn’. Always allow the candle to burn continuously for 2 to 3 hours until the melted wax pool reaches the entire perimeter of the glass jar. This prevents ‘tunneling’ and guarantees an even burn for the lifetime of your candle. Always trim the wick to 5mm before every lighting.

Store your candles in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat radiators. Sunlight can discolour natural botanical oils and soften the soy wax surface. Cover with the provided lid to prevent dust accumulation.

Every batch cures for 48 hours in our Punjab atelier. Studio formulation and packing takes 2–3 business days. Courier transit via Shiprocket (Bluedart/Delhivery) takes 3–5 business days for Metro cities and 5–7 business days for regional pin codes across India.

Yes! We provide complimentary standard door-delivery across India on all orders of ₹999 and above. For orders below ₹999, a flat delivery fee of ₹99 is added at checkout.

If you need to update your address, please message our studio on WhatsApp (+91 98765 43210) within 2 hours of order placement. Once a courier waybill (AWB) is generated, address modifications may cause a 24-48 hour delivery delay.

Standard orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement directly from your account or by contacting support. Once an order enters wax pouring or custom packaging, cancellations are no longer permitted.

We currently deliver exclusively within India. International shipping to the Middle East, Europe, and North America will be launching later this year.

Approved monetary refunds are processed directly via Razorpay and reflected back in your original bank account, UPI, or card within 5 to 7 business days.
