Born from the belief that every home deserves sacred fragrance

By profession, I work in business intelligence and data systems. But by nature, I am a craftsman deeply anchored in Vedic philosophy and India's ancient botanical traditions. For years, I noticed a stark disconnect: luxury candle shelves were crowded with generic synthetic scents named after European orchards, while India's sacred olfactory heritage—Kannauj sandalwood, Kashmiri saffron, and temple gulkand—was relegated to cheap incense sticks.

The turning point came when I poured my very first batch of pure soy wax in my home kitchen in Punjab. I spent months mastering melt-and-pour curves, studying wick burn dynamics, and balancing raw botanical extracts without synthetic stabilizers. The moment the first Saffron Chandan formulation burned with a calm, smoke-free golden flame, Amrutya was born.

We named the house Amrutya, derived from the Sanskrit word 'अमृत्य' meaning eternal, immortal, and timeless. Fragrance is our most visceral portal to memory—it outlasts the moment and lingers in the soul. Today, as an officially MSME-certified and trademark-registered indie perfumery, every piece is formulated with reverence and intention in India.
